Pizza With Kalamata Olives

INGREDIENTS

○ 1 kilogram of flour

○ 1 tablespoon of salt

○ 2 1/2 cups of water, lukewarm

○ 2 tablespoons of oil

○ 30 grams of yeast

○ 1 cup tomato sauce, for pizza

○ 3 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

○ Pitted black olives, sliced

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a deep bowl, put the 2 and a half cups of lukewarm water, add the fine salt, the 30g of yeast and the 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Mix well and before cooling, place the flour on the table in the form of a volcano and there in the middle add the liquid.
  3. Begin to knead well, when you notice that the dough is ready and does not stick, make a long roll and cut it into 4 pieces.
  4. Cover the 4 pieces with a clean, dry cloth and let rest for 45 minutes, each piece will begin to grow and then you can start making the pizza.
  5. Each piece is for 1 normal pizza.
  6. Take a piece of dough and take it to a flat table. Extend it in a circular way.
  7. Add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and chopped kalamata olives.
  8. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
