Mexican Red Wine Clericot

INGREDIENTS

○ 2 cups of Mexican red wine Barón Balché Mix of Reds

○ 1 cup mineral water

○ 1 cup lemon soda

○ 1 green or red apple diced

○ 2 strawberries or ½ peach optional

○ Optional ice to serve

PREPARATION

1. Mix the wine, mineral water, lemon and apple soda.
2. If you have strawberry or peach add.
3. Mix a little taking care not to remove the gas.
4. Chill or serve with ice.
