INGREDIENTS
○ 100g caramelized onion
○ 4 pieces of Rougiè foie gras
○ 2 Wagyu burgers
○ Hamburger bun
PREPARATION
- A couple of hours before defrosting the hamburgers and taking out of their bag, the pieces of Rougié foie gras that are going to be needed.
- Prepare 100g of caramelized orange onion, with 1 large onion, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 glass of natural orange juice.
- Put a little oil in a pan. Fry the burger over high heat for 1 minute on each side. Once it has browned, put it on a low heat adding the pieces of foie gras and leave them for another 3 minutes on each side.
- Put the hamburger bun, a little caramelized onion on top and place the pieces of foie gras.
- Serve.
