Foie Gras Rosini Wagyu Burger

INGREDIENTS

○ 100g caramelized onion

○ 4 pieces of Rougiè foie gras

○ 2 Wagyu burgers

○ Hamburger bun

 

PREPARATION

  1. A couple of hours before defrosting the hamburgers and taking out of their bag, the pieces of Rougié foie gras that are going to be needed.
  1. Prepare 100g of caramelized orange onion, with 1 large onion, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 glass of natural orange juice.
  1. Put a little oil in a pan. Fry the burger over high heat for 1 minute on each side. Once it has browned, put it on a low heat adding the pieces of foie gras and leave them for another 3 minutes on each side.
  1. Put the hamburger bun, a little caramelized onion on top and place the pieces of foie gras.
  1. Serve.
