Sparkling Wine With Thé Du Hammam

INGREDIENTS

○ 2 sachets Thé du Hammam Palais Des Thés

○ 30 cl of natural water

○ 30 cl of sparkling wine

○ 2.5 cl of peach liqueur

 

PREPARATION

  1. Infuse Thé du Hammam for 3 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Cool the mixture before storing it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Place the infusion and the peach liqueur in a Shaker. Shake.
  4. Serve the mixture in half the flutes and complete with very cold sparkling wine.

Sparkling Wine can be substituted for Champagne for your most special occasions.
