Dalgona Café

INGREDIENTS

○ 2 tablespoons of Malongo Select or Fusion coffee

○ 2 tablespoons of sugar

○ 2 tablespoons of hot water

○ 1 cup of milk

 

PREPARATION

  1. Add the Malongo coffee, sugar and water in a container.
  2. Beat very well (by hand or with a machine) until they have a thick consistency.
  3. Fill the cup in which you are going to drink it with milk, leaving one, two or three fingers free to later place the mixture and, if you like, you can add a few ice cubes to this base beforehand.
  4. Add the coffee cream to the top of the glass.
  5. Taste
