The Rougie terrine is made with the best Duck Foie Gras. It is a traditional recipe with Armagnac ready to serve.

It is produced by the renowned Rougie since 1875, in Sarlat, a beautiful medieval city, an architectural jewel of the Perigord Noir region, France, it is prepared with exceptional pieces of liver, of the highest quality, carefully selected, with subtle flavors and long lasting, balanced seasoning, creamy texture and incomparable softness. Use
This product is easy to remove from its mold and cut. Ideal for banquets, canapes. Unmold the terrine and cut it into slices. Serve the slices on slices of toasted bread. Place the Foie Gras Terrine in the fridge for a few hours before going to serve it. Take out the product about 15 minutes before eating it so that it is fresh and not too cold.
