Mulard duck liver (30% Foie Gras and 70% emulsion). Allergen free.

Use
This product is easy to remove from its mold and cut. Ideal for banquets, canapes. Unmold the terrine and cut it into slices. Serve the slices on slices of toasted bread. Place the Foie Gras Terrine in the fridge for a few hours before going to serve it. Take out the product about 15 minutes before eating it so that it is fresh and not too cold.
