Our ducks are 100% corn-fed to give our Foie Gras a unique texture and flavor. Foie Gras is an exquisite food, the result of an ancient tradition that is obtained by artisanal fattening of Mulard ducks. This liver is raw and benefits from the best deep-freezing technology in order to preserve its quality and taste.

Conservation: Up to 2 years frozen in its original packaging

How to prepare it
We recommend cooking it on the grill. To do this, it is necessary to cut the foie into medallions 1 cm thick, heat a frying pan over high heat and cook the medallions for 15 seconds for each
side. And to finish add coarse salt and pepper. Serve on toasted bread.

This Foie Gras is also ideal for making your own terrines.
